Building a Level Journal That Improves Your Markups
After a session, save one chart with your levels and answer four prompts: which level mattered most, which level you marked that price ignored, what timeframe that ignored level came from, and what you would mark differently tomorrow.
Over a month the pattern becomes obvious. Many traders discover they over-weight lower-timeframe pivots and under-weight prior week highs and lows. Others find they draw levels after price has already moved, then treat those lines as foresight.
Private chart reviews at DevAutoHub often start from this journal. Instructors can see your criteria in your own words, not only your drawings, which shortens the path to fewer and better levels.
Keep the journal short enough that you will actually fill it. Four prompts beat a blank page you abandon after a week.
