Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid enrollments in DevAutoHub workshops and private chart review sessions held at 19 Wufei St., Tainan, Tainan, Taiwan (China) or by remote video when arranged. It does not apply to products, shipping, or digital downloads we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when cancellation or rescheduling rules below are met. Informal website inquiries that were never confirmed and never paid are not purchases and do not require refunds.

Timeframe for cancellation by the participant

• Full refund: written cancellation received at least 14 days before the workshop start date (or scheduled private session start time).
• Partial refund (50%): written cancellation received between 13 and 7 days before the start.
• No refund: cancellation within 6 days of the start, or failure to attend (no-show).

Deposits

If a deposit was required to hold a seat, the deposit is refundable under the same full-refund window (14+ days). Within the partial window, the deposit is applied toward the 50% calculation. Inside the no-refund window, deposits are retained.

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary transfer to another published date of the same workshop if seats remain, provided the request arrives at least 7 days before the original start. Later reschedule requests are treated as cancellations under the rules above, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Work already started

Once a workshop day has begun, or a private review session has started, fees for that session are non-refundable. If a multi-day workshop is partly delivered and we cancel the remaining day, we refund a proportional amount for undelivered days.

Materials

Printed workbooks and templates distributed in the room are included in the workshop fee. If you cancel after materials have been prepared specifically for you and the cancellation falls in the partial-refund window, we may deduct the reasonable cost of those materials from the refund.

Cancellations by DevAutoHub

If we cancel a date (for example due to instructor illness or insufficient enrollment), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for payment when possible. Processing typically completes within 10 business days after approval. Bank or card networks may add additional time.

How to request a refund

Email workshops@devautohub.digital with your name, workshop title, confirmed date, and reason for the request. You may also call +886-6-213-7179. We confirm receipt and state the refund amount and timing in writing.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions may be considered for goodwill adjustments outside the standard windows, at our discretion and with supporting documentation.
